EXPERIENCE
Mr. Altobello joined Merrill Associates, lnc. in 1998 as a Design Engineer. Over the past years he has aggressively worked his way to Project Engineer in 2005 and Project Manager in 2007.

Mr. Altobello's experience includes the planning, design and permitting of numerous residential and commercial projects in eastern Massachusetts, including multi-unit residential developments and the design of age restricted active adult communities. Specific areas of experience include, stormwater management design, site layout and on-site septic system. Responsibilities as Project Manager have included the supervision and design of projects involving environmental permitting, preparation of Notice of Intents and regulatory permitting in compliance with the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act. Other areas of expertise consist of zoning studies and drainage impact studies for prospective land development.
