EXPERIENCE
Mr. Grover has been employed in the surveying field since 1971 and has been affiliated with Merrill Associates for over 20 years. Since joining Thompson Merrill in April 2007, Mr. Grover has been responsible for the land surveying operations for both commercial and residential clients. He has extensive experience in the field and office functions of land surveying. As senior project manager, he is responsible for preparing ALTAIACSM title insurance plans, condominium plans, construction layout surveys, flood certificates, existing conditions plans, land court plans and subdivision plans. His typical duties include research, field crew supervision, office calculations, property line analysis and plan preparation.

Prior experience includes owning and operating a professional land surveying company for over 20 years, which involved numerous small and large survey projects in eastern Massachusetts. Mr. Grover has extensive experience in deed research, propertyline determinations, land court and ALTA surveys. Mr. Grover is committed to providing our clients with exceptional professional land surveying services.
