EXPERIENCE
Mr. Heald worked for the Tyree Organization Ltd. as a Professional Engineering Manager from 2000 to 2004. He was responsible for preparing site plan and civil engineering documents for pad site development and permit application activity at various locations throughout New England and New York for gasoline service station operations. Project designs included site plan layout, traffic flow, tank and pump fueling systems, building convenience store floor and elevation plans, pump island fire suppression plans, septic system design, stormwater management design and reports, and other design layout of site amenities.

Prior to 2000, Mr. Heald worked for Mobil Oil Corporation for twenty seven years as a Field Engineer, Design Engineer, and in numerous engineering management positions throughout the United States. He was accountable and responsible for engineering design, permitting, construction, maintenance, and environmental remediation activities at gasoline service stations, bulk oil terminals, and lubricant oil manufacturing plants in various assigned geographical areas.

During the period of 1986 to 1989, Mr. Heald worked for May Department Stores (d.b.a. Venture Stores, Inc.) in St. Louis, MO as Vice President of Facilities Management. He was accountable for complete store design, construction and maintenance at seventy four department stores and two distribution centers. Typical annual projects consisted of the design, permitting, and construction of four to six new stores and four to eight remodels in six Midwestern states.
