EXPERIENCE
Since joining Merrill Associates, Inc. in 2005, Mr. Krueger has assisted in the design of site layouts, roadways and drainage of numerous residential subdivision and commercial projects. He has prepared Notices of Intent, Requests for Determination of Applicability, Abbreviated Notices of Resource Area Determination filings under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and has made presentations to local Conservation Commissions. He has designed onsite Sewage Disposal Systems and repairs under Title V and secured approvals from various Boards of Health.

Mr. Krueger has assisted municipal agencies by conducting field inspections of ongoing paving activities, and by evaluating stormwater management systems for consistency with approved plans and Operations & Maintenance requirements.

Also among Mr. Krueger's responsibilities is performing inspection of construction projects for lending institutions. He has conducted periodic inspections and filed written reports on a 65-unit condominium project; 6-lot and 12-lot subdivisions, two contractor warehouses valued at $3.6 million, and a $7 million retail complex.
