EXPERIENCE
As a project manager at Merrill Associates, Inc. Mr. O’Leary is responsible for various commercial and residential land development projects. He has been involved in civil engineering and environmental work since 1986 and has experience with residential subdivisions, multi-family developments, on-site sewage disposal design and repair, commercial site development and permitting, wetland delineation and permitting, underground storage tank and service station design, and environmental site assessment and remediation.

Mr. O’Leary has been involved in numerous civil site and environmental projects throughout the northeast. Notable projects include the design and permitting of a 140-unit residential development in Whitman, MA; a 70-acre commercial site in Middleborough, MA; sewage disposal design of a 30,000 GPD commercial user in West Bridgewater, MA; and the design and permitting of supermarkets and associated fueling facilities. Mr. O’Leary has also designed and permitted numerous retail sites for national chains, including Dunkin’ Donuts, Friendly’s, Sunoco, Exxon, Monro Muffler, and Quikava, and was responsible for managing the design and permitting for Mobil and Getty service stations in eastern New England.
