EXPERIENCE
Mr. Pozerski has worked as a full time engineer since 1985. He began as a junior engineer, working his way up to his present position as a Senior Project Manager and Civil Engineer. During this period he was the primary ManagerIEngineer on numerous industrial, commercial and residential site plans throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. Full service engineering services were provided during this period, which included: project assessment, contractual services, on site evaluations, site civil design, hydrological analysis, sewer and utility designs, local, state and federal permitting, professional civil engineering representation, construction administration and project close out services.
Mr. Pozerski also has over 27 years of experience as a Military Engineer Officer. During this period, two notable areas of experience are the Deputy Director of the Facilities Management Office and Chief of Environmental. As the Deputy Director, Mr. Pozerski was the Senior Staff Civil Engineer responsible for reviewing Plans and Specifications for large military construction projects, prepared by private consultants on behalf of the Department of Capital Asset Management. He was also the Senior Engineer in charge of Project Management. As the Chief of Environmental, he was responsible for ensuring all Military Construction Projects are properly assessed, permitted and constructed in compliance with approvals received.
