EXPERIENCE
Mr. Tuttle has been employed in the civil engineering and land surveying field since 1977. Since joining Merrill Associates, Inc. in 1993, Mr. Tuttle has been responsible for the land surveying operations for both commercial and residential clients. He has extensive experience with all types of land surveying, including boundary line surveys, commercial and residential subdivisions, land court surveys, ALTA title insurance surveys, topographic surveys, flood elevation certification, as well as roadway and building construction surveys and layout.

Prior to joining Merrill Associates, Mr. Tuttle worked with several engineering and land surveying firms and was responsible for the engineering design of residential subdivisions, roadways, drainage, percolation tests, and Title V subsurface sewage disposal design. His land surveying responsibilities included original retracement, data accumulation, construction and mortgage loan inspection surveys, as well as research and calculations.
